Hey yo please stop lifting weights with running shoes. If you want to do it safely and get the most out of your lifts try it with flat shoes (vans/converse type), or weightlifting shoes, in some cases you can do it barefoot too.
Running shoes are made to soften impact and with a different shape for the foot to land safely while running. When you’re trying to lift something you need to have proper connection with the ground and you don’t want that connection to be softened.
